3 Studio Rooms with Private Bathrooms and Shared Kitchen
Rooms at Aisi Residence are spacious enough to comfortably live and work in. Each studio has a private bathroom, while a fully equipped kitchen is shared among residents.
Generous Outdoor Space for Work and Leisure
Our outdoor area offers ample space for both creative work and relaxation. Enjoy the open-air swimming pool during summer, a sport court available year-round, and our fruit and vegetable garden. There's also a dedicated area for barbecues and a traditional Georgian tone oven—perfect for baking bread and more.

There are three studio rooms available at Aisi Residence. All are equal in size and offer the same facilities. Each room is spacious enough to comfortably live and work in, and residents are free to arrange their workspace as they wish—within reasonable limits. Every room also features a balcony that can be used for outdoor work or relaxation.
